These rules set out the conditions and mechanics of the Referral Program for users who sign up on the SHOK Waitlist. The program is designed to reward users who recommend friends to activate their SHOK account after launch.
SHOK is in pre-launch. The product is still being built. This website acts as an informational platform - it introduces SHOK and lets interested users reserve a place on the Waitlist ahead of launch.
Signing up on the Waitlist does not create an active SHOK account or any kind of service obligation. It simply reserves your seat in the tier you qualify for.
"Program" – the SHOK Waitlist Referral Program, organized by SHOK, which rewards users who bring in new members under the conditions set out here.
"Waitlist" – SHOK's pre-launch sign-up list, used to reserve seats and tier placement before the app goes live.
"Referrer" – any user who has signed up and verified their Waitlist seat and who, through their unique referral link, invites others to sign up and activate SHOK.
"Referred person" – any person who signs up on the Waitlist through a Referrer's unique link and later activates a SHOK account.
"Activated account" – a SHOK account opened by a Referred person where all of the following are met: (i) any identity checks required at activation are completed, (ii) the account is confirmed as active, and (iii) any additional minimum-use criteria set by SHOK at launch are satisfied.
Every person who signs up and verifies their SHOK Waitlist seat will receive a unique referral link in their welcome email.
The link is personal and can be shared with friends, family, or any contacts.
If someone signs up on the Waitlist through your referral link and later activates a SHOK account after launch, you earn a cash reward.
The reward is €10 for each friend who activates through your referral link.
For this program, an account is considered "activated" only when the Referred person has completed any identity checks, the account is confirmed as active, and any reasonable minimum-use criteria are met.
Every person who signs up on the Waitlist - including people referred by a friend - also receives their own unique referral link in their welcome email.
They can share it and earn under the same mechanics, with no cap.
To qualify for the referral reward, referred friends must sign up and activate a SHOK account before July 31, 2026, 23:59 local time.
Referrals that result in activation after that date will not qualify for the bonus.
The program is intended for individual users, not for organized commercial activity. SHOK reserves the right to restrict or require additional documentation in cases of unusually high referral volume.
The €10 reward per successful referral is a net amount for the recipient. Any applicable taxes are covered by SHOK, in line with the tax rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
Referral rewards are paid out within 5 (five) business days from the moment the referred person successfully activates their account. Rewards are only paid where section 2 is satisfied.
The Referral Program is a promotional initiative by SHOK, aimed at raising awareness of the app and growing its early community. It is not a financial offer, an investment, or any kind of guaranteed-return scheme.
Participation does not create any unconditional right to a reward - rewards are granted only under the conditions set out in these rules and after SHOK's internal verification.
SHOK reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to refuse recognition of a referral or the granting of a reward when Program conditions are not met, when there are concerns about abuse, or when required for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
SHOK is not responsible for any expectations participants may have about potential earnings from the Program beyond what is expressly set out here.
SHOK reserves the right to monitor and verify the validity of referrals and participants' compliance with these rules and applicable law.
SHOK explicitly prohibits any form of abuse, including but not limited to:
Where SHOK, at its reasonable discretion, identifies or suspects such activity, it has the right, without obligation to give prior notice, to refuse payment, suspend or cancel already-granted rewards, block the user from the Program, request additional documentation, or take any other necessary action.
SHOK reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to amend, update, suspend, or fully or partially terminate the Program, including any element of it - participation conditions, how rewards are earned, and their value.
Changes take effect when published on SHOK's website, unless otherwise stated.
SHOK is not liable for any loss, missed benefit, or expectation related to changing, suspending, or ending the Program.
We process participants' personal data in line with applicable data-protection law and our internal privacy policies - to administer the Program, verify identities, assess referral validity, meet legal duties, and make reward payments.
The Referrer agrees not to share personal data of third parties without their prior consent. SHOK is not responsible for any unauthorized sharing of personal data by participants.

SHOK reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals and to refuse rewards in cases of suspicious activity or abuse.
These rules are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
