These terms govern your use of the SHOK waitlist website and your participation in the pre-launch waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
SHOK is an app in preparation for launch. Until launch, this website serves only as an informational platform and a way for interested users to reserve a seat on the Waitlist.
Signing up on the Waitlist does not create an active SHOK account or any guarantee of future feature availability.
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for the Waitlist. By signing up, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
When you sign up we collect your full name, email, and phone number - so we can contact you about SHOK's launch and your waitlist tier. We may also collect technical data (device/browser info) for security and analytics.
We use your data to run the Waitlist, communicate with you about SHOK, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and - with your separate consent - send product updates and marketing.
You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or by writing to privacy@shok.app.
We use essential cookies to make the site work and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how it's used. You can change your choice via the cookie banner.
Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain kinds of processing. Write to privacy@shok.app to exercise them.
Placement on the Waitlist is chronological. Tiers are capped; once a tier is full, new sign-ups roll into the next tier with fewer perks. Tier benefits activate only after a SHOK account is opened within the period defined at launch.
SHOK may update these terms, change the tier structure, or end the Waitlist at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where relevant, communicated by email.
